While Driver Education is not mandatory in Arizona, it is undoubtedly advantageous because acquiring the necessary knowledge is essential for learning how to drive safely. The All Star Teen Online Driver Education course will effectively prepare you for your Graduated Instruction Permit test at the Motor Vehicle Division.
All Star offers a comprehensive 30-hour online program that can be conveniently completed from home or any location with internet access. Students are permitted to engage in 2 hours of online learning each day, and student progress is saved anytime a break is taken. Students become eligible to complete a Driver Education course and apply for a Graduated Instruction Permit at the age of 15 years and 6 months old.
Teens must first pass a Permit Test. It is recommended that teens study the Arizona Driver Manual and take the online practice tests before attempting the Permit Test @ Home.
• With the teen’s AZ MVD Now account, schedule an MVD office appointment at AZ MVD Now .
• Bring a completed application and all original supporting documents.
The Instruction Permit is valid for one year after the date it is issued.
